- All units set up for house keeping. No daily maid service available. Towels and linens exchanged every three days or as needed.
- Complimentary amenities with your stay include bicycles, beach equipment, laundry room, and internet access.
- All rates based on deluxe suites or double occupancy. 6% state tax and 3% local tax not included. Except for Saba and the Palm residences, suites are designed to accommodate one or two people. Unless prior arrangements are made, an extra person fee of $30 per person per day will be charged for parties of three or more.
- 25% deposit required for all reservations. Cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or travelers checks accepted. Balance due on arrival. For reservations longer than 90 days in advance of check-in, a second 25% deposit may be due 60 days prior to check-in.
- In case of cancellation, deposit is refundable only if notice is given 30 days in advance of check-in. All refunds subject to $50 processing fee. No refund or early check out.
- No pets are allowed except by advance arrangement. ($25 fee for pets if permitted.)
- Call for reservations between 8:00am and 10:00pm
